Sim can't reach trash or magmabombs in Islandliving

Hello, I recently got Sims 4 and also Islandliving at first it went great and everything was fine. After like 2 hours of playing my Sim can't get to any trashpiles on the ground she can still collec...

Have you any mods or CC in the game?
If yes move the mods folder to the desktop
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix the game in Origin
Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
If you don't have mods and CC delete this file and fix the game also.
This file will be recreated but without saved errors.
You can also try to reset your sim.
