Sim gets stuck under the stairs

Since the City Living expansion has been released, there is a bug in which if we enter in the buy/build mode, while a sim is going up or down a ladder, and we return to life mode, the sim will be restarted and trapped under the stairs. This has happened to several people in various communities around the world and it has been very annoying.

PLEASE fix the bugs in this game. City Living is full of bugs that have not been fixed even after the last upgrade.

I do not use mods.

    my sims get stuck under the stairs also. I do not own CL pack and have a vanilla game. The difference is that my sims get stuck under it randomly. Even if i dont go in build/buy mode. Any sugestions?

    In which building ? In one you built yourself ? Make sure there's no gaps,

    If it's a self-built one, could you upload it to the gallery ?
