@onlygirlever101 DO NOT reinstall before you troubleshoot. Most of the problems are caused by user data and the game DOES NOT have to be reinstalled to correct user data issues. That computer is not exactly new. Dell lists several versions of that model. You will need to post your computer's dxdiag so we know how your computer is configured. thank you
