sim missing mcc

so i changed my Max number of household members to 12 and my sim had triplets when there was already 7 members in the house and after they were born one of the babies AND the father disappeared and now i can’t find them anywhere, they aren’t even in the relationship bar or the family tree bar- nowhere.

    I'm afraid this is an MCC fault and you should report it to Dreadpole. The only thing I can suspect is that after the last update you entered the game with the mods turned off.
    If you kept the earlier saves you could go back to the save where these sims were.
