Sim with relationship not being displayed on lists

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60.54.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Discover University Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out Stuff Packs: Perfect Patio Stuff, Tiny Living Stuff Pack Free Stuff: Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a romantic relationship with another Sim and try to communicate with her/him by phone (chatting or sending text) or by inviting her/him ("Social Event", "Ask on Date", ...).
What happens when the bug occurs? This Sim is not displayed on most of the lists, as "Chat With", "Send (Happy) Text", "Plan a Social Event" (as guest), "Ask on Date"...
What do you expect to see? This Sim being displayed on all possible lists.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

‌

- This Sim is only displayed, as far as I know, on "Relationships" and "Invite to Hangout at Current Lot" lists.

- The frequency of this specific bug is "Every time (100%)" on this current gameplay, but it never happened, as far as I know, on another gameplay.

    @FilipeGif There may be a reason why they don’t appear - sometimes those lists will automatically exclude sims who are busy, like when their job hours are active.

    Is there anything unique about this sim? Are they a special NPC like Father Winter or Baby Ariel?

    @FilipeGif There may be a reason why they don’t appear - sometimes those lists will automatically exclude sims who are busy, like when their job hours are active.

    Is there anything unique about this sim? Are they a special NPC like Father Winter or Baby Ariel?

    @FilipeGif The game also seems to have a weirdness that Sims forget they know a Sim although they have a relationship. Could you meet up with that Sim and see if they need to reintroduce themselves ?

    Also, does it happen 100% with this Sim combination or with that Sim any other they meet ?

    She is a common Sim. 

    I believe she is doing Computer Science degree, because I saw her as judge in a Robotics Contest.

    About she being occupied, I believe she still would be displayed on the lists, but in a gray scale or other thing that shows her as occupied. 

    I tried to start a new gameplay hoping that I would find her again and verify of the bug is still there, but it didn't happen yet.

    @FilipeGif Do you know where she lives ? Can you find her in the household manager and move her into a house and then visit her ?

    She never was displayed on these lists that I mentioned on my first post. I checked it as soon as my Sim started a relationship with her.

    About they reintroduce themselves, it's not possible because there is no Introduction interaction option anymore.

    I tried to interact with this specific Sim a couple times and the result is the same. I even reset her using "testingcheats" to see what would happen, but there was no changes.

    I will try to reproduce this bug later in a new gameplay and see if it is happening always with this Sim.

    This is the problem.
    I don't know where she lives.
    I found her at Foxbury Institute and, when I started a new gameplay yesterday, I was not able to find her again.

    Good idea!
    I looked for her in all the cities of the game, but I didn't find her.
    I believe it's because she lives at one of University Housing.
    It makes easier to find her again.
