@varvkin If you try to open only Origin, by itself, what happens? Does it load, does it hang or crash, do you get any error messages? If so, please post a screenshot. And let me know whether you're running Windows or macOS, and which version.
When i try to open origin by itself it does the same thing and I’m on Windows 10

@varvkin Please try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" amd reinstalling. This won't uninstall any of your games.

@varvkin Try rebooting your computer first; that should end whatever Origin is doing in the background. (Make sure Origin isn't set to open at login.) If a file is still being used, open Origin, hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first tab), scroll down to Start-up options and disable the web helper.
Next, hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes. Scroll through the list to Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service, and for each, double-click, select "Disabled" under Startup type, and click Apply to save the changes. Then restart your computer and try to delete the files again. Don't open Origin after restarting.
