i logged out from origin and i checked the processes tab in the task manager but when i try to delete the origin file it says that its open in another program.. what am i doing wrong?
@varvkin Try rebooting your computer first; that should end whatever Origin is doing in the background. (Make sure Origin isn't set to open at login.) If a file is still being used, open Origin, hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first tab), scroll down to Start-up options and disable the web helper.
Next, hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes. Scroll through the list to Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service, and for each, double-click, select "Disabled" under Startup type, and click Apply to save the changes. Then restart your computer and try to delete the files again. Don't open Origin after restarting.

My Origin Client had an Update today, maybe that made the problem?

@varvkin Do you by any chance have an AMD graphics card and a relatively new driver? A couple of people have reported that their Radeon software seems to conflict with Origin after the most recent Origin updates. Whether this is the problem or not, please run a dxdiag—it would be helpful to be able to flag your driver version to EA if this is the issue, and if it's not, then there may be a different problem that the dxdiag will reveal.
One thing you can try is uninstalling and then installing a slightly older version of Origin. Normally it would attempt to update to the current version after one session, but you should be able to run it once, update everything, and play once. The next time Origin launches, you can turn down the update and use it in offline mode. Hopefully this will work for long enough to get the issue sorted out.
