Sims & origin not opening/working!

hey so basically when i try to open the sims it opens origin first and origin looks like its still loading but ive waited for many hours and still nothing changed 

i tried uninstalling and installing and i tried deleting the cache files and i tried everything but nothing works☹️ and sims doesnt wanna open too 

edit: i also deleted ALL my mods and cc so they’re not the problem
