Now that is weird. I have no idea about AMD cards but drivers should not downgrade the card.
Maybe they just use the same drivers ? Does it actually tell you have a different card after installing the drivers ?
Yes the freedownload link given to me by Gorath_The_Elder did in fact downgrade my graphics card from AMD Radeon HD 7450A (release date: 1st jan 2012) to AMD Radeon HD 6450 (release date: 7th apr 2011) regardless I use auto detect or manual search mode. Its a switch from 7000 series to 6000 series therefore I have to perform system restore.
And my paid version of DriverTuner does not detect any new drivers require for upgrade/installation and it's up to date.
So I am considering switching to NVIDIA drivers that provides levels of exceptional performance that can be reached with it are in fact far and beyond the acceptable ranges when running the latest applications and games.
So according to my Dxdiag will my pc able to run high-end NVIDIA graphic cards or there's any other upgrades needed like ram or otherwise?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you're saying but there seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding or misuse of terms here.
Driver Versions have numbers like 12.345.000 and so on. A set card will run the appropriate drivers, which can be manually downloaded for free from their respective sites.
The only way to downgrade or upgrade your card is to physically swap them out. Their performance can be upgraded by updating the drivers, but this doesn't change the card.
You can't use drivers from another company, this will just break everything.
I suspect that you're using card names to refer to driver packages, but this is leading to confusion. The vast majority of the time the best thing to do is to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site for free. The only time this isn't the best choice is if a new driver package introduces issues, which does happen from time to time.
@keytiekeyt1019 Can you try closing Origin and restarting it as an admin. To do so, right-click and choose the Run as administrator option. Then try the install again and see if it goes through. It's worth checking your Firewall and Anti-virus exceptions lists too, in case Origin is being blocked in any way.

As stated, a dxdiag(short for DirectX Diagnostic) will report on your system specs, and can be useful when gathering info on an issue.

I've solved my problem yesterday, or at least I hope I did!
I called customer service and got a great help from EA Sweden. It was my graphics card not being updated which probably caused my problem. So now I updated it and I hope my game will work out all fine forwards. Thank you for your help anyway, the EA service told me about the dxdiag before i even remembered asking. 🙂
You may be right on the down/upgrade of graphic cards by physically swapping them out and since mine is a HP touchsmart 520-1149d model I have to get a licensed technician to do that in the future when I'm switching or upgrading to a great NVIDIA graphics card but for both AMD Radeon HD 7450A and AMD Radeon HD 6450 are you saying they are of the same card but with different versions and the earlier release version of 6450 is actually an upgrade from 7450A? That dosen't matter either way regardless it's 7450A and 6450 they both deliver poor performance for gaming or other applications as stated in pc-specs website.
My decision to switch is because I understand my current video card can only barely handle Sims 4 and I know problems I have listed will occur frequently.
And how do you explained my DriverTuner (Paid Version) does not detect any new drivers require for upgrade and all drivers are up to date or DriverTuner's not reliable on updates of drivers on-time?
Final question: Will there be a increase in the current recommended system requirements for future Sims 4 expansion packs and will my system specs from dxdiag handle new release NVIDIA graphic cards?
Hi. It says in your report you have the AMD Radeon HD 7450A card, so you should go to the AMD website and download the latest drivers for that card model and no other. I wouldn't trust that paid for program you got as it's clearly not doing it's job properly.
AMD Radeon HD 7450A and AMD Radeon HD 6450 are not the same card. 7450A and 6450 refer to the physical model of the card itself, not the drivers.
There shouldn't be an increase in the current recommended system requirements for future Sims 4 expansion packs, although they do usually require tiny bit more RAM, but your system should handle them fine. And from what I can tell, your computer should handle newer Nvidia cards, but your computer shop technician can let you know for definite 🙂
