Sims 4 - Everything has shrunk

Check if your ingame resolution (under graphics) is still the same.

Maybe change it to something else and then back if it is.

I've tried changing resolution on both the game and on my laptop and nothing has worked. I cant click on the toolbar and the icons as its so small but the actual game seems fine...

I'm trying to upload a photo so you can see but it wont allow me to.

Did you just update the game or also graphics drivers or something ?

The game was updated, which I feel that was the cause of the little mess up of the game, but I went into the files of the Sims 4 and changed the UI scale from 100 to 50 which seemed to have worked for me.

Not completely back to normal as my cursor is smaller than usual but it doesn't really bother me too much.

Seems a bit odd that you need to set it to 50. 

What's your screen resolution and what happens if you now set it back to 100 ?
