Sims 4 - first Get Together and now everything's gone

I moved from an older computer to a new laptop over the course of 2-3 days. completing the transition this morning.  I'd downloaded/installed the EA App yesterday and thought it had processed all my packs correctly.
This morning, I noticed that both Get Together and Spa Day were missing.
Later, I saw that only Get Together was missing.
Now, when I log into EA App, my Game Library is completely empty.

I checked my order history at EA.com and I have a receipt date 12/13/2015 for both Get Together and Spa Day.
I'm sure I'm accessing the right account, since all  my other 52 packs were there earlier today.
I have no idea why my entire Game Library now shows as empty.
Please help me fix this.  Thank you for reading.

  • Which pack(s) won't install: Get Together & Digital Deluxe Upgrade (missing from Program Files folder, too)
  • Where you bought the pack(s): Origin app
  • Sims 4 launcher: From the EA App

    After turning off the laptop and taking a nap, my Game Library is now available again.
    The Get Together pack, however, still can only be purchased, not downloaded.

    Solutions already attempted
    *Uninstalled/reinstalled EA App
    *Restart App
    *App Recovery
    *Repair Game (multiple times)
    *Uninstall/reinstall The Sims 4 from EA App (on 5 May).

    I am reporting back to let you know that my problem with purchased packs missing from my EA App's Game Library has finally been resolved.

    Yesterday morning, I was able to request a LiveChat session and the EA Game Advisor (named Rohit) very quickly and efficiently restored my missing Get Together and Digital Deluxe Upgrade packs.

    Restoring the Digital Deluxe Upgrade pack caused the Spa Day pack to go missing, but Rohit persevered and restored the Spa Day pack, too.

    After a month of not being able to play Sims 4 due to the missing packs, I'm very grateful to the wonderful Rohit for his assistance.

    Hi @Shizu9no1,

    Did you at any point request a refund or partial refund for Get Together on your account?

    This sounds like the live support team will need to check over your account and billing details, and potentially re-add Get Together to your account so you can access and play this expansion again. We aren't able to do this for you here on the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can investigate further with you. 

    Please contact live support from the help site here so they can take a look- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team does have something further to reference. If you have any troubles reaching the support team from the site, please let me know!

    Thank you so much for your quick reply.

    To my utter frustration, I am still unable to restore all 3 of my missing DLCs.  

    Due to issues with my new PC, I tried contacting EA by email but only received a series of emails that alternately ask for my email address, EA ID, email access, or whether my problem was resolved or not,

    without anyone actually addressing my missing DLCs.

    Tonight, I managed to contact Live Chat and the EA Game Advisor helped restore one of my  missing DLCs.
    However, the Live Chat session disconnected and my case has been marked "Fixed" even though I'm still missing the Get Together and Digital Deluxe Upgrade DLCs.

    Sadly, I am unable to reconnect with Live Chat ftonight because I repeatedly get a "Whoops! Bot Authentication error, please try again later" message.

    Could you suggest what course of action I should take next?

    I have also tried to uninstall & reinstall TS4, which had no effect on my issue.
    As a last report, I submitted another error report on the EA App. My Report ID is below:

    Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
