SIMS 4 - gallery search not working - saying no results

i have found numerous questions/topics on this however I could not find the solution.

my gallery search is not working, for example I want to download this particular house, I have tried searching it numerous ways, it says no results.

i know it is on the gallery as the youtuber said it was

(i have no mods or cc) (I have the latest update)

any suggestions much appreciated

@kingpeterking Have you looked at all your filters to make sure they are open?
What is the name and creator of the item your are looking for I would like to see if I can find it.

@kingpeterking I was able to locate it in the gallery, so, it is there. Let me get a few screen shots of my filters for you.
