Sims 4 - Household won't load

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every pack except from Vampires and Spooky Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it happens when I try to play a certain household.
What happens when the bug occurs? I load into my game and attempt to load up my played household and it freezes on the loading screen. It then says it's not responding and I have to close it down.
What do you expect to see? I expect to load into the household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So I can't load up my super sim D: I can load up the other households in the game and even interact with her and invite her round and everything however even if I move where she is and attempt to play as her, it still doesn't work. All my other saves are fine.

I do use CC but I removed all of it from the game and loaded it up and the issue continued.

I have tried recovering an old version of the save (again without CC) and this still didn't work even going back to the oldest version of the save :/ 

I did transfer my sim and house over to another save however it got rid of all my relationships, inventory and all the royalties of stuff I've made (so all my videos, apps, games, songs and so fourth which was my job and income).. I can play on that save if it's really needed but I am wayy too emotionally attached to all the stuff that I've made ;-; 

I normally really wouldn't mind but seeing as it's my super sim challenge account I've put so much effort into it!
