sims 4 - how to install from cd?

I have a package with 2 dvds for installation. (in the description the only write dvd - not number 1 or number 2)

I put in dvd number 1. I had to be online to install "Origins". That sucks. I want to install and play offline. Is that possible with this game?

Where is Sims4 now?

I don't won't to download several gigabytes, when i have the dvds for installation. 

When i put the dvd ⚽ in the laptop nothing happens.

It doesn't work. the describtion on the sheet is bad or i am a dummy ...

Where can i find the game on the laptop please? Windows 10.

I find it bad anyway that i have to be online and download so many originsupdates etc. never ever a game from this company.

    I put in the DVD in the drive, click setup.exe in the windows explorer - nothing happens now, online and offline the same nothing.

    i even installed cccleaner ...

    can the dvd be wrong? it takes me so much worthy time - unbelievable. 

    now i really stuck and need help!

    I give up now. The DVD must have an error ... This last time I was lucky - the dialogue to "Continue" came again. Then I press "Continue" (offline) and nothing happens.

    Maybe they change it without the invoice. If not i throw it away. I have online mobile internet, can't download the game. this would last hours ...

    Does the open dialog work without issues ? Did you try cleaning the disc ?
