White screen

Hello! I am playing on my personal laptop and ever since the latest update I haven't been able to play. Every time I try to play a white screen pops up. The other night my father helped me fix it but then this past night when I tried to play it did the white screen thing I mentioned. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it? 

The first time my dad fixed it he had to update the graphics card drivers and that fixed the issue. Then today when he tried to fix it by doing the same thing again, and it didn't work this time. Every time the game loads the white screen pops up, I am still able to hear the audio from the game. Every time my dad would try to fix it, he would restart my computer and try to update it. 

I have deleted all of my CC mods that I downloaded. I have the official game packs by EA including, Cottage Living, Growing Together, Cats and Dogs, High School Years, My First Pet, and Parenthood.

    clobug893​  Sorry for the late reply; it looks like your post was moved to this forum from elsewhere after the fact.  If you still need help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
