Bump again, terrible support from EA, still absolutely no help. Lmao, fix your service please.
I'd like to add onto -PuzzleAddict's great advice.
It's a known issue for Sims 4 to be a little laggy when using the camera to zoom in and out and across the screen.
If it helps to answer my question, the issue only occurs in Live Mode, Build/Buy Mode AND Pause Mode work perfectly, silky smooth
