@lonely-lost-punk I've flagged your post for someone from EA to look at, but with the holiday weekend in the U.S., it's going to take a couple days to get a response. In the interim, try deleting the kits' folders, clearing the EA App's cache (again), and reinstalling the kits. I'm not sure it'll help, but it's a quick test since kits are so small.
tried it just in case and you were right didn't work ☹️ honestly no clue what to do just kinda been left feeling scammed out of money y'know
