Sims 4 - Super speed not working

This is the third time im posting this since i haven't been able to get help, so im going to try again <3

I currently have mods/cc in my game, the error was still there when i removed them though, so i don't think it's the mods/cc that is causing the problem.

My superspeed won't kick in like its supposed to when my sims go to work or sleep. My sim currently lives in an apartment and i have had problems with the time in apartments before, but i've always been able to fix/solve it myself, but i thought that i might turn to more "proffesional" help this time. The superspeed worked for a few in-game days, i think about a week or something, and then it just stopped working, I haven't gotten any new furniture or new mods/cc that would interfere with the game, the only change i've made was that i removed some furniture. Would really appreciate some help since it's almost impossible to play through a whole night without getting bored haha (: 

@Psychotps Ive tried to use full speed while my sims are in places like San Myshuno and it does go quite slow especially through day time,  at night it does go abit faster.  Im not really sure if its been fixed recently though.  Its helped at little i guess with some patches.  But its not brilliant.
