Sims 4 - Unable to start Initialization error at startup

Having some sort of error code saying "Unable to Start, Initialization error at startup & then a long error code. This is really frustrating.

    FIXED!

    I had to uninstall Origin completely and delete the folders. Once I reinstalled the game worked.

I am also having the same problem.

Someone on another forum stated that deleting Sims 4 and reinstalling worked for them but I am unable to re-download it as I am currently tethered to my phone for internet.

If you have the disks you can just copy the game from the disks 🙂

that way you can uninstall and reinstall without the need for internet. but if you preordered via origin then i'm afraid you are as stuck ☹️
