Sims 4 " Build Mode Bug" HELP HELP PLEASE

Game all seems to work great except when I am in build mode it will only let me buy/place 1 item then it seems to glitch out and I need to exit build mode and return if I wish to purchase anything else.  I have the Sims 4 on multiple computers in my home and works fine everywhere else but on this computer I am getting a message on the main menu screen that reads (The saved game you are attempting to load was saved with a newer version of the Sims 4 than is currently installed. Please update in order to safely load this saved game). My auto updates are enabled , I have removed and reinstalled sims 4 , I have added a gig of ram and upgraded my video card by 400% also replaced my mouse and keyboard and nothing has fixed it.  Any Help here would be wonderful don't have a clue what to try next.  Thanks for your time, Good luck & Good Gaming ....
