HI @spaceghost71au Sadly, no codes = no game, you could keep an eye on specials, both at Origin and Humble Bundles is my only suggestion.
To be sure, you can always contact Origin online..
Spoiler
- Go here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/#
- Log in (top right corner) with Origin credentials
- Click on Sims 4, then follow by choosing PC, technical problem, then select a contact option
- On the next page click on + by the chat option, fill what's necessary so EA support will contact you through chat
or see more details here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/How-to-contact-a-Game-Advisor-using-the-new-EA-Help-page/m-p/2161281
Hope this helps,Sasha

@spaceghost71au Basically what you are paying for is the activation code. You don't need the disc to install the pack. It will automatically download after you redeem the code. Once the code is accepted by the system it can not be reused. The disc version is sold by vendors who do not (or can not) sell codes. If you buy the disc version it is up to the vendor (place of purchase) to help you.
