So, i have never backed up any sims 4 saves because i don't ever really need to access them, however. My brother had a sims 4 save on my sims 4, because he wanted to try all the packs that he doesn't have. We spent hours on this save and had a whole family and everything was going great, until we had an argument (as most siblings do), and in anger i deleted his save file. About an hour later we have both cooled of and i need this save file back. Help!
Oops! Did you delete it in game? Do you maybe have an older save of it? Or did you delete the file completely from your computer, if so you can find it in the trash can on your desktop? If not, I'm afraid it's gone.... ☹️
I deleted it in game just on the load game button. And i have checked the trash on my desktop.

Does your computer create backups to OneDrive or another cloud provider maybe?
You can also try restoring your Windows if that is possible, it's quite rigorous:

You said you didn't make backups yourself. It might be good to do that from now on:

The game can recover from overwrites, but deleting a save entirely wipes the older versions as well.
