Sims 4 : Loading is Endless

After pressing the play button on the home screen, the loading screen pops up as usual. But the loading screen doesn't go away. It is endless.

I have tried to log out of my Origin account and re-login, and it still does the same thing.

I have shut down my computer and restarted it, and nothing happens.

I also have all recent Origin and TS4 updates.

Any suggestions?
