HI @babelola01
there seems a few discoloring issues.
Could you try repairing your game through Origin
Also remove all your custom content and mods an test without.

I will try to launch the repair and remove the CCs/Mods later on today & I will keep you updated. I thought it would be an issue via The Sims itself since it has updated for the patch of Seasons before it’s release. So if this issue comes from there they’d be able to see this post and fix it on their side, but if the issue is on my side (which I’ll check later I will proceed to fix it) Since before that update, I didn’t have any coloration issues, but I will keep you updated very soon.
Thank you. If anyone else is having this issue let us know down in the comment section.
Talk to you guys later!

So far we have these reports for discolorations
There have been a lot of changes done cause of seasons so it could be a real issue but just wanting to make sure, it can't be fixed and also happens on unmodded game.

Do you have an image of the current coloration of Riverside Root please? I think the coloration got fixed but on the sidewalk under the flowers there is pale green stains, I don't know if that's how it looked originally.. I'd post the image but I took the picture via my phone I don't know how to access to screenshots that I take inside the game..
btw I didn't even need to uninstall my mods/CC's at all.. nor repair it all I did was relaunch it hours later and now it might be fixed on it's own.. not completely 100% sure though.. but this time when I launched the game it took a tad bit longer to load.

Were those stains always there on the Riverside Roost lot in Willowcreek? ps. the sidewalks look like that in Newcrest too, while the other worlds they all look completely normal.

Looks like my issue was the CC. Everything looks as it should now. Thanks everyone!
