Text options don't exist

Hi everyone!

So I just found out today that when texting another sims options like send flirty text or send happy text should appear. This does not work for me, and generally when my sims send texts, nothing happens, and I think this might be why.....

I tried to clear the cache, tried to fix it from Steam, I also tried to get mischovious skill to send texts, which also did not work (found out I am missing the trolling forums option as well, though), I also tried making a new sim, but it also did not work for them.

Did anyone have this problem and could give me some pointers on what is going on?
