Sims 4 Activate DisplayName field missing from registry 2022

Sims 4 wont launch, its a legal, paid for game and all the extra packs expansions I've bought etc, , I've used it for over 3000 hours now, but today its not opening the game but a window that says "...

@jadoe208  It sounds like you're signed into the wrong Origin account, as in, not the one that owns Sims 4, or in the case of a Steam install, not the one linked to the Steam account that owns Sims 4.  The game will only work if you're using the correct account.  If you can't figure out what account that is, you can contact EA customer support and ask for help.
