I have looked at some other forums saying to uninstall and change the settings of Origin to Administrator, so I have done this.
It still keeps asking to provide a product code which I do not have. Could you possibly help me on this please?

Well if you do not pay for the game, you can run in to some issues. The game is made to block people that use illegal downloads to play.
I assume you would like to get payed for the work you do as well?
