Anyone else getting ridiculous large bills in sims 4 after seasons? $29,999?

Thanks for the responses. I noticed the difference after putting in the thermostat. The house is a moderate size and hasn’t changed in size

the thermostat is known to really really boost your bills. There's lots of threads over at the officials about it.
Hopefully EA/Maxis consider lowering them a bit.
