@LittleGraveRaven Try playing in fullscreen and enabling vertical sync within the game's graphics options. I believe the setting should stick right away, but just in case, enable v-sync, quit, reload the game, and then play.
If you get another crash, please try all of these, together:
- Undo any compatibility mode you've set
- Remove the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts
- Clean boot your PC, and go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down anything that doesn't need to be running, including any Asus software
- Load the game, enable v-sync, and quit
- Start a new save in Willow Creek and see how it runs
Please also confirm that your in-game framerates are locked to 60. Bring up the cheats console (crtl-shift-C) and enter "fps on" without quotes, and a number will appear in the lower left corner, over the UI.
