No other teens at prom?

Every time my teen sims attend prom, they are the only guest besides the principal and maybe a teacher.

 I do use mods, so maybe one of them is causing this issue since I've not seen anyone else say this, but I don't use any mods that modify the prom (that I know of). Maybe it could be an MCCC issue??
