Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

I uninstalled Origin and TS4, I reinstalled Origin and re-downloaded TS4. Same thing keeps happening again in build/buy mode. Help

I've tried everything uninstalling and reinstalling both origin and the game nothing seems to work so I returned the game. I hated the fact that the world wasn't an open world anymore. Going back to 3.

    Same here! I had to fight for a refund too even though I had every right as it was released here just today. They made it sound like they were doing me a favour! Then again, maybe they were.

      Did anyone got an answer of EA? I'm really frustated.

      I'm waiting for a videochat. I hope they got some answers!!!
