Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

I don't know if this work but I deleted everything in my save file and started again it seem to work for now I wonder if it has something to do with save files being corrupt or something
