Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

Guys i think i found a solution for this (at least its works for me)

Try to change resolution to 1600x1024 or 1280x800 .. Its solve my black screen problem! Hope this works for you too

Hey, it works!! THANKS!!

I still got black screen when I first click on an item, but once I do Alt + Tab then go back in, I was able to buy ALL the items now. =D

I switched from 1600 x 900 to 1280 x 800 btw.
