After becoming way too stressed out over just one game, I have decided to return it and get my money back. It is such a shame, seeing as how I have been a simmer since the first Sims game. Hopefully, soon enough, they work out all of the bugs/glitches and everyone can play it with no problem. I will also hopefully be getting a brand new desktop computer by then :P Anyways, thank you to everyone who tried to help out us fellow simmers with this issue <3
