Sims 4 black screen when selecting anything in build/buy

Everytime I select anything in build/buy the screen goes black. If I tab to the desktop and then back the screen will be back but anytime I click anything including options or switching to live mode ...

Anyone has any idea about how long we have to wait before a new patch or fix ??
