@ohsehun_094 Please uninstall Reshade completely. Then clear Origin's cache and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@ohsehun_094 It means that something about Reshade isn't working well with Sims 4. I don't know exactly what that is, but you may find some documentation of the issue, and suggestions on what to do, on the Reshade forum. You can also play with the settings yourself if you like; the point is now you know that Reshade is the issue, not your game or any of your content.
If you have an Nvidia graphics card, you may want to try Freestyle instead. It's like Reshade but simpler to use and less likely to cause problems with games. To enable it, you just need to install GeForce Experience, then go into settings and enable experimental features.
