Sims 4 Bluescreen during loadingscreen

Hello everyone!

I bought the german version of the Sims 4. I installed it successfully but when I started it it crashed.

I got a bluescreen: ''A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is proberly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced  startup options, and then select safe mode. Technical information: *** STOP: 0xA0000001 (0x0000000000000005, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000) Collecting data for crash dump ... Intializing disk for crash dumb ... Beginning dump of physical memory. Dumping physical memory to disk: 1-100''

Some facts about my computer:

-Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 945 Processor 3.00 GHz

-RAM: 8,00 GB

-Graphic card: ASUS Radeon R9 270X

So basically my Computer should be good enough. I hope somebody is able to help me. Thank you!

I'm having the same general problem on the US version of The Sims 4. Strange how the Sims 3 friggen shut down the computer for no reason, and now The Sims 4 blue screens for no reason. EA really needs to "practice programming" lol. I think it would be absurd if they wanted my computer facts, since I know its fine and that's all that should be known.

For me though, the blue screen happened in the middle of the game and it appears it wasn't influenced from any action/amount of time played/etc.

Blue Screens are usually a overheating or hardware issue.

Do a hardware check and check on the temperature of your computer (make sure the fans are clean)
