    Hey there @zelnecia4,

Looking over your DxDiag, your PC is a bit low on memory, which is most likely why it's lagging and loading slowly for you.

We can test if that's the issue by trying to manually increase your virtual memory by following these steps:

    1. Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
    2. Head to System > About.
    3. Select Advanced system settings.
    4. Under Performance, select Settings. Open the Advanced tab. Under Virtual memory, select Change.

The default option is to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives. Uncheck this to enable the currently greyed-out section below. Select the drive you want to edit the paging file size for. Usually, this is your C: drive.

Next, select Custom Size- let's try setting the Initial Size at 8000 and the Maximum Size at 12288.

Click the Set button, then OK to save these changes.

Once you've done this, please restart your PC, and let's test The Sims. Please be sure to let me know if you're seeing any improvement there with the lagging and loading- if not, please attach a new DxDiag to your post so we can have another look at that.

@zelnecia4  Are you saying you still see the same issues when trying to play?  If so, please try playing in a clean boot:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd

Don't open anything aside from Origin and Sims 4, and put Origin in offline mode before launching the game.

If that doesn't help either, please put the game in windowed mode (but don't minimize it), then open the Task Manager, click the Performance tab, and select CPU if it's not already showing.  Take a screenshot of the entire Task Manager window, including the information on the left side.  Then click Memory and post a screenshot of that too.
