Your graphics drivers are a bit old. Could you try updating them from the Nvidia page: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Could you also attach the following file to a post so I can make sure, the game uses the correct graphics card: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\config.log
Just attach it the same way you did with the DxDiag.

Hi, so I downloaded GeForce Experience and I do believe that updated my graphics drivers. Does a Config file have any personal information that I need to delete before I post it?

You can edit the file with any text editor. Sorry for the late response, I got ride of the computer user name on the Config file, is that all I need to get ride of? Is there any information you don't need like on the DxDiag?
