Sims 4 Bulid Mode Being Glitchy

Some time ago I downloaded the Sims 4 Spa Day and three CC items, a shirt, and two hairs. Soon after this my build mode became very glitchy form time to time. This makes my game become very glitchy as well. I have since removed the CC items, but it changed noting. This happens a lot in a household that never even had the CC. I love the Sims 4 and would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hi, so I downloaded GeForce Experience and I do believe that updated my graphics drivers. Does a Config file have any personal information that I need to delete before I post it?

It does haved your computer's user name yes.

You can edit the file with any text editor.

Sorry for the late response, I got ride of the computer user name on the Config file, is that all I need to get ride of? Is there any information you don't need like on the DxDiag?
