Sims 4 can´t load into family

I tried to play the Sims 4 right now, but it can´t load into my family. I get the home screen and everything but as soon as I want to resume it loads endlessly. I can´t even close the game without restarting my pc, because the game won´t let me jump to other things like the browser or something.

I tried with and without my mod folder. I repaired my game and have gone offline. Nothing worked so far. Everything should be up to date, so I don´t know what the problem is

    @FallenAngelNana  Does this lot have the Off the Grid challenge?  If so, please remove it.  You can select Load Game rather than Resume, click the lot in question, and choose to load it in Build mode to remove the challenge.

    If that doesn't help, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception you see.  Then try again to load the lot, and if it still doesn't work, look for a new LE.  If you find one, please provide it here.  You can copy and paste the info (please use a spoiler), or create a .rar file, or upload it as a .txt arfter deleting the first line in the file.
