@trollkjerringa45 The prefix giga, represented as G, means a billion. M (mega) means a million. 8192 megybytes of something (RAM, VRAM, page file, whatever) equals 8 gigabytes.
Anyway, for the issue itself, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open config.log, copy the first 40 or so lines (stop when you get to Options), and paste that here. You can delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.
