Sims 4 can’t run sims 4 with video card

Hi! So I’ve had this problem for a couple days and the sims won’t run. I checked the requirements and you need more than 2GB to play the sims, but I only have 8192MG, so how do I get 2 or 4GB, what do i have to do to increase the memory, I don’t understand

  • @trollkjerringa45  The prefix giga, represented as G, means a billion.  M (mega) means a million.  8192 megybytes of something (RAM, VRAM, page file, whatever) equals 8 gigabytes.

Anyway, for the issue itself, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open config.log, copy the first 40 or so lines (stop when you get to Options), and paste that here.  You can delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.
