Hey there

I have tried all of that, waited 24 hours, restarted, logged out and in again etc. There is literally nothing i haven't tried. Still waiting to hear from EA .  This is the most frustrating thing i ever experienced when tying to conduct  online transactions and mind you i have purchased most of the Sims 4 stuff/ expansion packs from Origin. Just trying to get the last few i don't own, Till then i'll have to watch others play on youtube sigh ☹️

@Queennatly Are you using a proxy? Is your computer a pc or mac? What antivirus are you using? Most of the TS4 packs are available on Amazon. It seems some types of cards may not be accepted like prepaid cards. I use a Chase debit card and never have a problem. I use Paypal which is tied to my Chase card and never have a problem. If you see a $1.00 transaction they are trying to process the transaction. If you don't see the $1.00 transaction then it's being denied for some reason. The $1.00 will be returned (eventually). Did you try EA gift cards? If you have a major credit/debit card just open a paypal account and add that card to it. You need to contact your financial institution and find out what the problem is.

Trust i did everything you mention in your post and i am using PC. I doubt that a EA gift card would work since it's a Origin problem and not mine. To everyone trying to help i appreciate but i'm gonna wait a couple of days, maybe EA tech support will get around to emailing me back.

Do you think it's possible that they locked my account till tech support takes a look at it? That;s all i can think of at this point plus i had just purchased a stuff pack a few days earlier. I am not the only person experiencing this so obviously Origin goofed up. 

If and when this is resolved i will leave a post in hopes it might help or prevent his issue from happening again. Though it would be be nice if what i wanted wasn't exclusively on Origin

Yeah i waited about a day and tried again, it finally worked after i tried a couple of times.  I am happy it went through finally, it was soooo frustrating. Now if i ever have a purchase to make i'll just do it in bulk rather that one at a time so i don't get screwed again. So happy to go back to playing 🙂

So its not just me who can't purchase anything either? I was just about to buy a few expansions and it said something about how the page was moved
