Game Crashes - No Mod

Hi I need help with my game, Im new to sims and I have not downloaded mods yet, my game kept crashing after atleast 5mins in play.

I have done all the possible trouble shooting and uninstalled reinstalled it total of 5x, and the problem is still the same, :( I dont know what to do anymore

    MarquishaMarcus​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
