Are you in the closet or are you creating a new Sim?
- Both sometimes and still won't work
When you go through a mirror or closet it might be normal. But if you have it with creating a new Sim it isn't.
Could you test your game without CC or mods in?
- I've tested it before with any mods or cc so when I got to the closet skin or body tab is still missing
