Sims 4 Cas not working after recent update

Yes my Sims cas is not working even after resetting it, testing it with out my cc and mods (all mods /CC are up to date as well), and everything. Once I'm in CAS I'm good but when I started the games change my sims the body or skin tab is missing from the CAS to where I can't change my Sims skin tones anymore and its getting me frustrated. Please help

    Yea even when I place my mods/CC back in one at a time I'm still stuck on the loading a screen so they definitely changed something

    You seem to have a different issue this time. How does the game run without CC/mods?
