How many packs do you have ?
Can you check if there's an update for your audio through your computer's manufacturer page. Usually there's some tool or something that comes with your computer to keep stuff updated.
I have a total of 15 packs. I've never come across any issues until now.
It stated that my system was completely up to date and I didn't see anything available online through the manufacturer's page.
