Sims 4 Cats and Dogs hair issue.

There's a specific hair included in Cats and Dogs, the braided ponytail, that I have an issue with.
When I use the hair on the sim, the hair's colour is transferred to the sim's eyelashes. It's very noticeable with the lighter hair colours. I haven't tested it outside of CAS yet though.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I have no CC or mods in my game right now.
