You might have installed some broken cc, which can damage your entire game. The easiest way to find these imo is to go to your mods folder, right click, and under where it says "sort by" choose the thing where you can get more options to sort your files by, and then find the option that says "date created". Go back to your mods folder, right click and sort by date created, move any cc that was installed at the date when your game stopped working to a different location and see if it works again. I hope this works and I'm sorry for my somewhat vague language 😉
