Hoping somone can help me out here ....
When any of my sims use the washroom or have a shower the area that gets censored is a lot bigger than I think it should be ... like as big as the whole bathroom. AND once my sims are done using the washroom the censor never goes away ??? My game is NOT A PIRATED COPY, so I don't understand what's going on ... does anyone have a solution to this?

Did you apply some shady fixes to your game ?
I would try reinstalling the entire game or repairing it.
I haven't done anything to it, no custom content or anything along those lines, I just installed the game yesterday and had this problem from the start. From what I understand the "anti-pirating" censor issue causes the censored area to grow until the whole screen in blurred but that isn't what is happening to me. Its just a huge blurred area as oppsed to just the sims "private" area and the blur doesn't grow at all. I might try a mod to eliminate the censorship all together and see if that works, but I am hoping there is an easier solution.
